A Seminar was held on 11-13th August by INSTITUTE OF REGIONAL STUDIES, ISLAMABAD. The Topic of the Seminar was "MAJOR POWERS & SOUTH ASIA". The Seminar was a fantastic and Scholarly interaction between the Scholars from different parts of the world. Two American, one Japanese, Chinese, French, Russian, Indian, Srilankan, Two Bangladeshi, Two British and Five Pakistani Scholars presented their papers which were highly appreciated by the participants.
