Seminar in Oct 2004

Second Joint Seminar was held on 21 November 2005 by INSTITUTE OF REGIONAL STUDIES, ISLAMABAD and INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR STRATEGIC STUDIES, LONDON. The Topic of the Seminar was "EMERGING SECURITY CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES". The Seminar proved to be a fantastic and Scholarly interaction between the Scholars from different parts of the world.
