WMD Commission of Dr. Hans Blix and Delhi Policy Group held a seminar in Delhi on "Elimination of Weapons of Mass Destruction" on March 14, 2005. Dr. Hans Blix invited Major General Jamshed Ayaz Khan (Retd.), President IRS to give "Pakistan's Perspective on Elimination of Weapons of Mass Destruction" during the session "South Asian Perspective".
